A Detailed Analysis On Why Hon James Faleke Should Be The APC Gov Candidate

Since the death of Audu Abubakar, the Governorship
candidate of APC and the leading candidate in the
yet-to-be concluded Kogi state Governorship
election, tongues have been wagging and opinions
have been divided on what should be the next line
with respect to the said election. To some, the
election should be outrightly cancelled because the
Governorship candidate of APC is gone. To some
others, the APC should be disqualified for having
'No Candidate', while some others opined that the
APC should nominate a new governorship candidate
to complete the process.
Firstly , the election can't be cancelled because
INEC has NO power according to the Electoral Act
(2010) and the 1999 Constitution to cancel any
election when declared. It lies with the COURT. The
only way election can be cancelled is when both the
Governorship and Deputy Governorship candidates
of a political party dies. In this case, the Deputy
Governorship candidate of APC, James Faleke is
still alive. Hence, INEC has no choice but to
continue with the process.
Secondly, APC followed the legal process in the
nomination of Audu Abubakar and Hon James
Faleke as the Governorship and Deputy
Governorship candidates respectively. The Electoral
Act never prescribe disqualification of political party
on account of death of its Governorship or Deputy
Governorship candidate. Considering that the
Electoral Act and Supreme Court judgement
maintained that political parties not candidates
stand for election, it simply means APC remains in
the race and in pole position to form new Kogi
state government when Idris Wada's tenure elapse
despite the demise of Audu.
Why Hon James Faleke Should Succeed Audu
That established, the next is who should succeed
Audu Abubakar as APC candidate? Let us recall that
the Electoral Act and Constitution was silent on
what should happen in the event that a Governor-
elect denounce his mandate before his inauguration
as at 1998. When Atiku Abubakar rescinded his
mandate for the VP candidate of Segun Obasanjo of
PDP, INEC felt there was need for a fresh PDP
candidate for a new election. PDP and the
Adamawa state Deputy-Gov-elect Boni Haruna as
then was went to court. The SC ruled that PDP won
the election with Atiku/Haruna as candidates, and in
the eyes of the law, Atiku was 'dead'. Hence,
Haruna should replace Atiku as PDP Governorship
candidate and be sworn-in as Adamawa state
Governor. After the judgement, the Electoral Act and
Constitution were amended to reflect the SC
interpretation. In this situation, considering the fact
that the law allows for the Deputy to succeed his/
her boss in the event of death of the Governor-elect
(after election has been concluded) and the
Governor (after inauguration), it is only normal and
in accordance with the positions of the SC
judgements and the law tthat Hon James Faleke,
the APC Kogi state Deputy Governorship candidate
be upgraded to the substantive Governorship-
candidate of APC, while the party nominates a new
running mate.
The Position of Running Mate Is For Purpose Like
This
We also have to realise that the purpose of running
mate is not to 'fill space' but to step-in in case of
any eventuality of the main candidate. This is why
the VP assumes the role of President in event of
death, and not the runner-up in the Presidential
election. It is also the reason the VP-elect assume
the position of President-elect in event of death of
the President-elect and not the runner-up of the
election. This is same reason the APC Deputy
Governorship-candidate of Kogi state (James
Faleke) will/should assume the position of
Governorship-candidate and not the runner-up in the
APC Primary election. Hence, the APC should 'do
the needful and nominate a new Deputy-Gov
candidate.
A Fresh Primary Is Illegal and Unconstitutional
However, should APC elect for a fresh primary, then
that will amount to illegality as no section of the
Electoral Act and the Constitution give room for
primary when election is ongoing. I believe that the
court will nullify it. It is my belief that the only
legitimate thing is for Faleke to be made the
candidate.
Why I'm Behind Hon James Faleke's Ascension:
My position on this subject is precipitated on the
need for being on the side of justice irrespective of
who the beneficiary may be. Justice is justice, there
is no basis for opposing justice because it doesn't
favor our ethnic or political scheme. For those
against Faleke on basis of his non-Igala heritage, I
urge you to accept the new development for in the
interest of the state.

Release All Nigerian Detainees Or Face Disband, British Party Warns UK Govt -

By Ekele Peter Agbo

‘British Embassy in Lagos/Abuja to be Shut
Down, We’ll reject British Products’
*Says: ‘Money given to Corrupt Nigerian officials by
UK authorities bribing Commonwealth Govt into
granting False Deportation Certificates to illegally
deport Nigerians’
*Laments: ‘Nigerian UK Ambassador confessed
illegal Travel Certificates were issued against
Nigerian citizens’ Will to sabotage them’
*Notes: ‘ Your Citizens in Nigeria will be Equally
Deported to United Kingdom’
*States: ‘We’ll clamp down on Conservative Ruling
Party applying International Federalistic Political
Approach geared at depowering coloured people
civilisation’
*Explains: ‘We call on Queen Elizabeth II to disband
ruling party for violating UDHR 1948 Treaty Article
9, 13, 15 and allow Labour Govt to head British
Parliament’
*Echoes: ‘Nigerian citizens will boycott British
Airlines, British Embassy, stop Submission of
Application or paying of Visa fees’ -Professor Alexia
Thomas, Chairman, The Commonwealth Liberation
Party, London
Time ticks away for the British Government as from
November 22, 2015 to ensuring all Nigerians being
detained, tortured, traumatised and dehumanised in
various Immigration Detention Centers all over
United Kingdom and Europe are released
unconditionally in 14 days, else by retaliatory way,
British citizens in Nigeria would be deported, British
Airlines/Products would be boycotted and there is
every reason to believe
that British citizens in Nigeria will be deported.
This shocking position was made by Professor
Alexia Thomas, Chairman, The Commonwealth
Liberation Party, TCLP, a British registered political
party during a press conference held in their
headquarters yesterday.
In a widely circulated press statement, Alexia, a
Nigeria-born, British fiery human rights activist
leading the anti-deportation campaign said: “The
United Kingdom Ruling Government is given up till
the 7th of December, 2015, to pronounce mandate
to release Nigerian citizens from Immigration
Detention Centers in the UK unconditionally without
compromise, or else by 9th December, 2015, they
(British Government) should expect Nigerian citizens
to boycott British products and produce.
The Nigerian people will refuse to patronise British
Airlines and Nigerian citizens will refuse to visit
British Embassy or Submit Applications nor
pay them any fees.
“The Conservative Ruling Party is compelled to
refund all Visa Fees paid by Nigerians at home and
Abroad for Residence and Visitors’ Application
which was declined from the year 1999 to 2015. By
the 14th of December,
2015 the Conservative Ruling Party are requested to
pronounce immediate release of Nigerian citizens in
Detention Centers or failure will see the British
Embassies in Lagos/Abuja shut down from
operation to the public.”
Fuming, Alexia explained that “By 21st December,
2015, an ultimatum to release all Nigerian citizens
in Detention Centers or face the consequence of
British citizens resident in Nigeria equally deported
back to United
Kingdom unless those who have dual Nationalities.”
Emphasising this ultimatum, Alexia states that “The
Conservative Ruling Party is given 28th of
December, 2015 deadline to release names and
profiles of deceased migrants’ records death since
1968 to 2015 as
compelled by Law to release under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000. They are required to release
the names of the dead who committed suicide
and those killed in the hands of UK Government
Employees. They are to compile Dead Victims
Dozier send to the office of the Minister of Foreign
Affairs, Abuja. The Conservative Ruling Government
are under a mandate to
send to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs ‘Arrangement
and Provisions’ kept in place to compensate
families of the deceased victims.”
In a unanimous decision, this British political insist
by saying: “We, the TCLP declares this Resolution
Formula the ‘International Federalistic Political
Approach’ because the British Conservative Ruling
Party has
violated the Treaty Article 9, 13, 15 of Universal
Declaration of Human Rights, UDHR 1948. Injustice
to One is Injustice to All.”
Exposing the British Government, the press
statements reads: “The British Government ( The
Conservative Ruling Party) intention is a
premeditated attempt to ‘depower colored people
civilization enrichment’. Their action
is War against Humanity. The Queen is called upon
to caution The Conservative Ruling Government
before they bring shame to the British Kingdom as
their actions to dehumanise citizens from the
Commonwealth Nations and treat them as Third
Class citizens by denying them Equality means
Third World War is looming.
“The TCLP pronounces that the world is yet to
recover from the Second World War of 1935, that
saw 15million Jews and others lost their lives,
where Jews were massacred, 100million citizens of
the world displaced and
made homeless. Insanity of The Conservative Ruling
Party must be stopped, else anarchy-a new face of
change will throw the mud at the Reparation, and
the Commonwealth citizens uprise will stand for
itself. The Conservative Ruling Party is seriously
warned through the press medium to stop all Hate
Crime Abuses, Motives, Covert Operations and
Mayhem being unleashed on Commonwealth
citizens; else they are advised to disband, and will
disband, so the Labour Government will manage the
British Empire/Parliament for the moment. The
Queen of England will be advised accordingly
before United Kingdom invites destruction upon
herself, her country, her citizens and her people”
On British style of governance, this President of
Independent Diplomat Commission, IDC said “UK
Government don’t use a constitution. It is still not
clear why they the Commonwealth Nations
constitution, meaning the Rule
was for the Upper Class to oppress the Middle and
Lower Class. UL Government did not Her
Commonwealth Nations Freedom, instead gave
them Sovereignty, which translates the Will to do
your own thing without interfering. Freedom is
unlocking the code of knowledge. So, failing to give
them their practices of Statutes, Court Judgments,
Works of Authority and their Treaties simply means
they have given them the rights to commit
Homicide on their citizens. Freedom has now been
given to The Commonwealth Nations through
International Bill of Patriot Mandate, IBOPM released
worldwide last month. The Constitution of UK is the
sum of Laws and Principles that make up the body-
politic of UK. It concerns the
relationship between the Individual and the State,
functioning of the Legislature, the Executive and
Judiciary. Unlike many other nations, UK has no
single Constitutional document.
“UK have an uncodified or unwritten Constitution.
Much of the British Constitution is embodied in
written documents, within Statutes, Court
Judgments Works of Authorities and Treaty. The
Parliament of Great
Britain was formed in 1707 following the ratification
of the Treaty Union by Acts of union passed by the
Parliament of England and the Parliament of
Scotland. At the start of the Nineteenth century,
Parliament was further enlarged by Acts of Union by
Parliament of England and the Parliament of Ireland
that abolished the latter and added 100 Irish
Members of Parliament, MPs and 32 Lords to the
former to create the Parliament of the
United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland; where
the Royal and the Parliamentary Titles Act 1927
formally amended the name to ‘Parliament of the
United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern
Ireland.”

CBN to reduce lending rate to 11 percent

The Central Bank of Nigeria ended its Monetary
Policy Committee meeting in Abuja on Tuesday with
a resolution to reduce Monetary Policy Ratio,
popularly called lending rate, from 13 per cent to 11
per cent.
The CBN governor, Godwin Emefiele, who
announced the resolution of the Committee at the
end of its meeting, also said members agreed to
cut down on Cash Reserve Ratio for public and
private sectors from 25 to 20 per cent.
The CRR is a monetary policy tool used to set the
minimum deposits commercial banks must hold as
reserves, rather than lend out during any given
period.
Mr. Emefiele said that part of the key resolutions
during the meeting was for the CBN to focus on
playing its primary role of stimulating the growth of
the economy by providing the needed funds
commercial banks would use to to promote the
continued operation of the real sectors of the
economy.
He identified the sectors that would benefit from the
special funding support from the CBN to include
infrastructure (with emphasis on power), agriculture
and the solid minerals.

7 sins that always Christians to self destruction. Christians please avoid

When we receive Christ as our Lord and Savior, we
know He has conquered sin in our life. It is through
His death that our sins have been cleansed and no
longer to be remembered. Jesus’ life makes the
difference. "Blessed are they whose transgressions
are forgiven, whose sins are covered. Blessed is the
man whose sin the Lord will never count against
him” (Romans 4:7- .

Pride - quality or state of being proud – inordinate
self esteem: “Pride goes before destruction, a
haughty spirit before a fall” (Proverbs 16:18).

Gluttony – excess in eating and drinking: “for
drunkards and gluttons become poor, and
drowsiness clothes them in rags” (Proverbs 23:21).

Greed - excessive or reprehensible acquisitiveness:

themselves over to sensuality so as to indulge in
every kind of impurity, with a continual lust for
more” (Ephesians 4:19).

may grow up in your salvation” (1 Peter 2:1-2).

Lust – to have an intense desire or need: “But I tell
you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has

Presidency warns biafra agitators

The Nigerian presidency has warned those agitating
for a breakaway Biafra republic to have a rethink,
saying the federal government would not fold its
hands and allow anyone plunge the country into
crisis.
Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, who gave the warning
on Saturday, in Jos, said government would not
watch while some individuals and groups create
unnecessary tension in the country in the guise of
seeking to break away from Nigeria.
“We need to build the civic capacity to defeat the
false and dangerous premises and assumption of
violence extremism. Never again should we allow
mindless violence inspired by false and evil
precepts to threaten our national security,” Mr.
Osinbajo said.
“Let me again call on persons or group in the
country who have some grievance or disaffection to
submit to peaceful and democratic means of
expressing themselves.”
The vice president spoke at the graduation
ceremony of the Executive Course 37 of the
National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies
(NIPSS) Kuru, which graduated 63 participants
Saturday.
In his spech, Mr. Osinbajo reminded those
embarking on mass protest for Biafra that their
“right to protest is limited by the rights of others to
safety and peaceful existence”.
“We can offer our country opinion without violating
the law of the land or threatening law and order.”
He urged the protesters to join hands with the
Buhari-led administration to develop Nigeria, saying
the administration would soon end the Boko Haram
insurgency in the country.
“Let me reiterate that Boko Haram terrorism as well
as their ideology will soon be defeated and
consigned to history,” Mr. Osinbajo said.
He admitted there were educational setbacks in the
country, but said the APC-led administration would
tackle the challenges in the sector as a means of
ensuring better future for Nigeria’s younger
generation.
“While accepting that our educational system is in a
dangerously parlous state, the solutions are obvious
even if not easy,” the Vice-President said.
“We have to focus on early child education, retrain
teachers, ensure that our curricular will prepare our
children for the 21st century.”
He charged the NIPSS new graduates to use the
experiences garnered during the 10-month course to
develop Nigeria in their fields of endeavour.
Earlier in an address, the Director General of NIPSS,
Ahmed Tijani, said the course’s 37 participants
made valuable contributions for national
development, particularly in the educational sector.
PREMIUM TIMES learnt that with Saturday’s
graduation, NIPSS has since 1979, when it was
established, graduated 1781 course participants.

Paris attacks: david cameron to meet Francois hollande

Paris attacks: David Cameron to meet
Francois Hollande
21 November 2015 UK
Prime Minister David Cameron will meet French
President Francois Hollande in Paris on Monday to
discuss the fight against terror.
They will discuss how to co-operate on counter-
terrorism and in the fight against so-called Islamic
State (IS) in Syria and Iraq, UK officials said.
Earlier Mr Cameron hailed a universally approved
UN Security Council resolution to "redouble" action
against IS.
IS has said it carried out the Paris attacks, which
left 130 people dead.
Monday's meeting will begin a week of diplomacy
in which Mr Hollande will meet Russian President
Vladimir Putin, German Chancellor Angela Merkel
and US President Barack Obama.
Brussels alert over fears of 'Paris-style attack'
Paris attacks: Brussels on high alert
In-depth coverage of the attacks and their
aftermath
A French-drafted UN document asking countries to
"combat by all means this unprecedented threat"
from IS received universal approval on Friday night.
The resolution is a call for countries to take action
rather than a legal authorisation to use all necessary
measures, the BBC's UN correspondent Nick Bryant
said.
However France - which is already carrying out air
strikes against Islamic State in Syria - argues that
military action is legally justifiable because of the
right of countries to defend themselves, he added.
Mr Cameron said the UN vote was an important
moment which "shows beyond doubt the breadth of
international support" to "eradicate" IS.
He is seeking to build cross-party support in the
UK for British air strikes against IS - also known as
Isil, Isis or Daesh - in Syria, though there is no
timetable for a Parliamentary vote.
'Russian co-operation'
On Saturday, a Russian Foreign Ministry official said
the country was ready to discuss UK involvement in
air strikes in Syria.
Mariya Zakharova told state television news
programme Vesti: "Our position is absolutely clear:
there should be co-operation, so that any (actions)
are not targeted at destroying the Syrian state."
Russia and the UK have different views on how to
solve Syria's long-running civil war.
Two years ago, MPs voted against possible UK
military action against President Bashar al-Assad's
government in Syria.
Parliament later approved British participation in air
strikes against IS extremists in Iraq, which have
been ongoing ever since.
On Saturday, Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn said his
party would support "every necessary measure" to
protect people in the UK, but warned people "must
not keep making the same mistakes" when
responding to acts of terror.
It was "vital" during a time of tragedy "not to be
drawn into responses that feed a cycle of violence
and hate", he said.
The recent events in Paris have won round some
MPs, who had previously stated their opposition to
action in Syria, to the idea of bombing IS targets in
the country.
But Defence Select Committee chairman,
Conservative MP Julian Lewis, said he was
standing firm in his belief that air strikes were not
the answer.
"I am in favour of effective military action to destroy
Daesh, Isil, (but) bombing alone, without credible
ground forces, is ineffective action," he told the
BBC.
"There is little, if any, evidence in history of a
successful bombing campaign unless there were
ground forces to take over."
The SNP said the prime minister should not take
the UN resolution as an authorisation for UK military
action.
The UK government had not made a case that
Britain "adding to the bombing of Syria will make
any material difference", a spokesperson said.
Brussels alert
Meanwhile, Belgium has raised its terror alert in
the Brussels region to the highest level, warning of
a "very serious" and "imminent" threat. The Brussels
metro network has been closed for the weekend.
The UK Foreign Office has updated its travel advice
for Belgium , advising people to avoid busy places,
including concerts, stations, airports, and shopping
centres.
At Premier League football matches this weekend,
the French national anthem - La Marseillaise - will
be played in a show of support.
A choral version will be played after the coin toss,
with players from both teams coming together with
match officials in the centre circle.

The police release traffic security measures to pope's visit

Nairobi Traffic Commandant Edward Mwamburi
says the exit of JKIA all the way down through
Mombasa Road, Haile Selassie Avenue, Kenyatta
Avenue and State House Avenue to State House
will be affected temporarily when he arrives/FILE
NAIROBI, Kenya, Nov 20 – Residents of Nairobi
will experience major traffic changes during the
visit by Pope Francis that kicks off on Wednesday
to Friday next week, according to the police.
The changes are meant to ensure free movement
of the Pope to various venues and to ensure
security.
Nairobi Traffic Commandant Edward Mwamburi
says the exit of JKIA all the way down through
Mombasa Road, Haile Selassie Avenue, Kenyatta
Avenue and State House Avenue to State House
will be affected temporarily when he arrives.
“The intention of the traffic management within the
county are only geared into making facilitation of
everybody who wants to attend the occasion to be
without any impediments,” he said.
Major traffic changes will also be made when the
Pope will be conducting Mass at the University of
Nairobi grounds, during his visit in Kangemi, the
UN headquarters and Kasarani Stadium where he
will be addressing youths.
Parking lots for vehicles that will not be able to
access the venues have also been set aside and
will be secured by armed police officers.
Nairobi County Commander Japheth Koome who
met senior police officers within the county says
all security measures have been put in place to
ensure all goes as planned.
“Everybody who will access all those venues will
be subjected to screening for security reasons,”
the police boss cautioned.
He further noted that police officers “are conscious
of the fact that quite a number of the people who
will be attending the mass may not have been in
Nairobi before. We are ready to assist them.”
Here are some of the traffic plans:
November 25: The stretch of the road from the exit
of JKIA all the way down through Mombasa Road,
Haile Selassie Avenue, Kenyatta Avenue and State
House Avenue to State House will be affected in
the evening.
After the State House meeting, the Pope will head
to the Nunciature. Again part of Uhuru Highway
onto Waiyaki Way and James Gichuru Road will be
affected.
November 26: Inbound vehicles which will be
coming from Mombasa road will terminate at
Bunyala Roundabout.
The movement of the vehicles that will be
accessing the CBD or to the Mass area will be
stopped at Bunyala Roundabout.
Inbound vehicles from Ngong Road will not go
beyond the Kenya National Library Service building.
Inbound vehicles using Valley Road either from
Mbagathi or Ngong Road will not be able to pass
after Silver Springs Roundabout since Kenyatta
Avenue will be reserved for the occasion of the
day.

What a pre mature Ejaculation can do to you

It was his wedding day; a day he had looked forward to with utmost interest, optimism and anxiety. While the church service was still on, he was (silently) increasingly becoming agitated as he could barely wait for the entire wedding ceremony to come to an end.

Patrick’s anxiety was not so much because he was in a hurry to leave bachelorhood and become a ‘man’, but more so because of the anticipated sexual encounter he would have with his new bride later in the evening.

Notably, sex on wedding night has always been seen as a norm and an age-long obligation for newlyweds.

“My brother, by the time the reception was winding down, my heartbeat had doubled. Each time I looked at her, my heart would skip. I just couldn’t wait for that time to come,” he said.

Perhaps, Patrick’s anxiety was due to the fact that during their courtship that lasted three years and two months, they both agreed to abstain from premarital sex until their wedding night, a decision they laboured so hard to keep to.

By the time the bride and the groom got to their hotel room after the ceremony, without wasting time, they managed to have a shower and set the stage for the all-important event. But what started on a “beautiful” note soon took a nosedive for the worst, when Patrick had barely done ‘it’ for one minute before he ejaculated.

He said, “I felt so deflated. I had planned for an extensive foreplay and different styles that we could do so we could both have a memorable evening. In fact, I thought I would be able to do it many times before dawn, but I ejaculated so fast, such that I felt ashamed of myself. It was more so disappointing because my wife didn’t look happy. And for me, I became very weak, even though satisfied, and all I could do was to roll to the other side of the bed and sleep.

“I’m getting worried now because even in subsequent encounters that we have had, I’ve not been able to do more than two minutes before I ejaculate while my wife would remain unhappy. I have tried to satisfy her but it’s just not working and now she has changed. She’s not the same happy woman I used to know. I think I have a problem. What do I do?”

Patrick’s dilemma is simply called premature ejaculation, which is defined as ejaculation of semen during sexual intercourse shortly before or after penetration, usually beyond the person’s control or wish.

Interestingly, premature ejaculation does not have a defined cause, but it has largely been associated with psychological factors, such as stress, anxiety, guilt and depression. Also, according to webmd.com, it could be caused by hormonal problems, injury and side effect of certain medicines. However, men experienced in sexual activities have been found to last longer and satisfy their partners more.

Premature ejaculation is a sexual dysfunction that affects a number of men and women. Even though many people see it as an exclusive male problem, studies have shown that a small percentage of women also experience premature orgasm.

Previous studies have also shown that sex does not have to last for so long for men to ejaculate, as they often get to that pleasurable destination early. But for women, the studies showed that women rarely reach orgasm during penile penetration except with men who are skilled and can last longer.

The studies pointed out that most women who reach orgasm do so during foreplay, sustained kissing, touching, intense thrusting or stimulation of their nipples and other sensitive parts of their bodies like the earlobes and clitoris.

Some relationship experts have said that apart from inadequate income, one other thing that could deflate men’s ego or make them develop inferiority complex in the home is their inability to perform well in bed.

According to studies, almost all men suffer from PE at some point in their lives. The National Health Service in the United Kingdom says about 40 per cent of men suffer from it. The NHS adds that the average length of sexual intercourse is five-and-a-half minutes, based on a study it conducted on 500 couples.

Given its prevalence among men and women and the damaging effect it could have in the home, some experts have suggested ways by which it can be handled.

According to a post on webmd.com, premature ejaculation may not necessarily need a treatment because men tend to be better and last longer the more they do it, but it explains that using distraction method or relaxation techniques are some of the ways men could overcome the disorder. It notes that reducing the intake of alcohol, tobacco and certain drugs could improve men’s performance in bed.

It was also gathered that during sex, when men are close to ejaculation, if the wife caresses the man’s scrotum, it could reduce the sensation and delay the man’s ejaculation. Also, when men use thick condom, it also tends to reduce the sensation of the penis, thereby delaying ejaculation.

Some other experts have also observed that when men take sexual position that reduces the way they enjoy the act, it could reduce anxiety and make them last longer. While some other studies found that some antidepressant medicines and applying some creams and gels on the penis before sex could help reduce the sensation of the penis, thereby reducing the likelihood of an early ejaculation.

Meanwhile, a study by the NHS found that among other things, taking breaks during sex and thinking about something boring could delay ejaculation.

The post adds, “The most popular techniques are the squeeze technique and the stop-go technique. In the squeeze technique, the woman could caress the man’s organ almost to the point of ejaculation at which point the woman would stop and wait for about 30 seconds. If this is done several times, this could delay ejaculation.

“The stop-go technique is similar to the squeeze technique except that the woman does not squeeze the penis. In this case, the man takes a break at intervals before ejaculating. If this is done repeatedly, it can help the man delay his ejaculation. These techniques may sound simple, but they do require a lot of practice.”

Reacting to the issue of premature ejaculation, a medical practitioner, Dr. Rotimi Adesanya, explained that the causes of premature ejaculation could be physical or psychological. He added that apart from psychotherapy, men who suffer from it could adopt the stop and squeeze method or use specified creams that could reduce the sensation on the penis.

Adesanya said this, “Apart from diabetes, prostrate disorder, high blood pressure, too much of alcohol, in certain cases, and adverse effects of some drugs, premature ejaculation can also be caused by anxiety and depression.

“The solution we readily recommend is stop and squeeze. During sex, when the man is thrusting, the man should try to pause while the woman should squeeze the shaft or head of the penis and release it. That has been found to reduce premature ejaculation.

“Also, there are some anaesthetic creams that can be rubbed on the man’s penis to numb the nerves that cause the sensation in the penis. That has been found to be helpful. There are also some antidepressant drugs whose side effects include delaying orgasm. Another approach is counselling. Some men need to see a sex therapist for counselling, which is what we call psychotherapy.”

He added that women-on-top position could also help reduce PE because the sensation the man gets from being on top tends to reduce with such positio

Emir of kano , muhammadu sanusi ll reacted on the recent comments made by Diezani Allison madueke

The Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II, has
reacted to the recent comments made by former
Minister of Petroleum, Diezani Alison-Madueke, over
the alleged disappearance of $20 billion under ex-
President Goodluck Jonathan.
Diezani, in a recent interview, insinuated that the
Emir of Kano may have made the allegation against
her, over the presidency’s frustration of his attempt
to head the African Development Bank.
The former minister had said:
“If there is one issue I must pursue in this world, it
is the biggest lie of this money. How can $20
billion disappear just like that? Where did it
disappear to? Is it possible that such an amount
would not be traceable?
This is more painful coming from someone I
considered a good friend who should appreciate the
gravity of such an allegation. I challenge anyone to
come forward with facts showing that I stole
government or public money. I’ve never stolen
Nigeria’s money.
In response to the interview published on Dele
Momodu’s The Boss newspaper, the Emir of Kano
described Diezani as a liar.
He released a statement on Saturday, saying that
his allegations against Diezani were not based on
personal sentiments, but out of a genuine concern
for the looting of the nation’s coffers.
“It is not something that is hidden that anybody who
is seeking that job must get the support of his
country. Knowing fully that I went to the President
with my intention and before I made the exposure
of the $20bn oil deal, Jonathan clearly indicated his
support for me.
He even directed Hassan Tukur, his Principal Private
Secretary to write to African heads of state. So,
what is Diezani saying? One can now see that she is
lying.”
“My suspension came a week after I made the
disclosure of the missing monies, precisely on
February 20, 2014. As at that time, I was the only
candidate from Nigeria gunning for the AfDB job,
but you know one cannot have it when he is
suspended.
My passports were all confiscated. Jonathan in
trying to punish me denied me of the job and
replaced me with Akin Adesina, who is my personal
friend.
The question that remains for Diezani to answer is:
Was there $6bn said to have been remitted to
NPDC which they denied? As for that denial, who is
holding that money? What happened to the inflated
N6 per litre kerosene subsidy?”
“Where is the money said to be paid to that effect?
All these questions formed the basis upon which I
was suspended and denied the AfDB job.
“Certainly, there is nothing personal. It is our
nation’s money we are talking about. One cannot
take away the treasury and expect to go scot-free.
He must answer the basic questions. Everyone is
aware that I was punished by former President
Jonathan for exposing the missing $20bn.
The punishment after suspending me from the CBN
and taking away my passports was also blocking
me from becoming the AfDB President. But Allah in
his mercy today has given me something much
more better than that.”

God bless Nigeria as Dr Opeyemi enoch solved a 156 years old maths

Ado-Ekiti- The 156 years old Riemann Hypothesis,
the most important problem in Mathematics has
been successfully solved by Nigeria Scholar, Dr
Opeyemi Enoch.
With this breakthrough, Dr Enoch, who teaches at
the Federal University, Oye Ekiti (FUOYE), has
become the fourth egghead to resolve one of the
seven Millennium Problems in Mathematics.
The Kogi State-born mathematician had, before
now, worked on mathematical models and
structures for generating electricity from sound,
thunder and Oceanic bodies.
A statement in Ado Ekiti yesterday said Dr Enoch
presentation of the Proof on November 11, 2015
during the International Conference on Mathematics
and Computer Science in Vienna, Austria becomes
more symbolic coming on the exact day and month
156 years after the problem was delivered by a
German Mathematician in 1859.
The Riemann Zeta Hypothesis is one of the seven
Millennium problems set forth by the Clay
Mathematics Institute with a million Dollar reward
for each solved problem for the past 16 years.
According to the statement, “Dr Enoch first
investigated and then established the claims of
Riemann. He went on to Consider and to correct the
misconceptions that were communicated by
Mathematicians in the past generations, thus paving
way for his solutions and proofs to be established.
“He also showed how other problems of this kind
can be formulated and obtained the matrix that
Hilbert and Poly predicted will give these
undiscovered solutions. He revealed how these
solutions are applicable in cryptography, quantum
information science and in quantum computers,” it
stated.
Three of the problems had been solved and the
prizes given to the winners. This makes it the fourth
to be solved of all the seven problems.
Dr Enoch had previously designed a Prototype of a
silo for peasant farmers and also discovered a
scientific technique for detecting and tracking
someone on an evil mission.
Enoch has succeeded in inventing methods by
which oil pipelines can be protected from
vandalism and he is currently working on
Mathematical approaches to Climate Change

Facts about diezani

By Ena Ofugara

BEFORE EVIL PEOPLE SAY MORE ON DIEZANI: Quick Irrefutable facts.

1. She has not used pathos nor appealed for anyone's sympathy. She is just a sick woman that even delayed her hospital photos till obviously a slight break from the chemo. While in office she was undergoing chemo in the UK. The cancer seems to have progressed....sadly.

2. She has not sought an injunction from any courts that would stop her prosecution

3. Sick people are prosecuted. Buhari's army even courtmartials dead soldiers. Deziani has not told anyone she cannot attend a trial.

4. Diezani is in the UK, same place that jailed Ibori and was prosecuting Late Alamieseigha. UK that has extradition agreement with Nigeria.

5. Deziani is facing ZERO charges in the UK.

6. The senate cleared NNPC of any fraud under Diezani.

7. External world-reputed auditors audited Diezani's NNPC. They did not find her wanting.

8. For 6 Months Oshiomole and Co have been unable to bring up charges against her.

9. We understand that more international auditors have been commisioned to investigate her. The silence from APC is deafening on this. Could it be they are finding ZERO evidence of wrongdoing?

10. six monthssss 6 MONTHSSS six months after NO WORD of an account or money traced to her. SIX MONTHSSSSSSS.

11. Kachikwu praised Diezani and her initiatives right there when he was made minister.

12. The SUBSIDY FRAUD Buhari and co accused her of, they are paying the same amounts she paid even when crude oil price has been halved.

13. It is the same arrangements for refining fuel abroad etc etc that NNPC is still using...the very same contracts.

14. All vessels she approved to load, Buhari having shot from the hips and banned them, have all been given clean bill of health.

15. The Tompolo she and her government put in charge of waterway security and as some sort of "citizen policing/vigilante" the Buhari government and NIMASA, having reviewed it have stated that Tompolo has the job for the next ten years.

16. Fuel scarcity was minimal in her time of service with prices remaining constant even through Christmas.

17. The fuel queues and black market which only came about by sabotage at the end of their tenure is alive and well now especially outside Lagos. Black market is booming again.

18. The oil theft has not abated a drop since she left, showing the intractability of that malaise and that she is not to blame.

19. Moreover she is not the police that should become GI Jane and go after oil thieves.

20. Again, not one "subsidy cabal" has been linked to her as her company the way Lagos tax collection companies are linked to Tinubu and Fashola.

21. Buhari and Nigeria in six months have not been able to show how removing her has led to increased earnings in any way. They have not told us the barrels declared under her were short. It is same barrels and volume of production.

22. There is evidence of fraud against Fashola, placed on public notice by his successor... SPECIFIC DETAILS OF GROSSLY OVERPAID-FOR WEBSITES, BOREHOLES PRICES ONLY POSSIBLE IN MARS and FOOTBRIDGES PAID FOR BUT NEVER BUILT. There is a standing judicial decision against AMaechi in Rivers. SIX MONTHS AFTER, NOT ONE SPECIFIC FRAUD PUT BESIDE THE NAME OF DIEZANI.

23. Evidence of the MONORAIL OF AMAECHI and FASHOLA TRAINS are there as monuments to their failure. Deziani successfully fixed four refineries to very appreciable extents that BUHARI WAS CREDITED WITH DOING THEM WITH BODY LANGUAGE. While Amaechi's Monorail has been declared a waste of state resources and moneys being voted to clear the Billion naira worth of debris, NONE OF DIEZANI'S PROJECTS HAVE A QUESTION MARK ON THEM.

24. Nigeria has in six months paid TSA 62 Billion which has been FLAGGED by the senate and populace. With same Saraki and Dino Malaye in the 7th Senate, NONE EVER FLAGGED HER PROJECTS. NOT ONE!!!!

25. While people say "the courts have not declared them thieves" on Fashola and Rotimi, those same witches and wizards have condemned THE MOST BEAUTIFUL AND ONE OF THE MOST EDUCATED AND ACCOMPLISHED WOMEN EVER IN NIGERIA. Ever ever ever!!!

26. We restate Diezani's Accomplishments

a. She is an architect. How many women architects do you know personally?

b. She has a masters degree from CAMBRIDGE. That is an IVY LEAGUE school. (not some moimoi foreign school)

c. She is THE FIRST FEMALE DIRECTOR OF SHELL EVER EVER EVER.

d. She has held THREE MINISTERIAL POSITIONS SINCE 2007. Transport, Mines and Steel and then the position Amaechi and Tinubu can murder someone over PETROLEUM. Buhari is STEPPING INTO HER SHOES.) That is 8 clear years of meritorious service.

e. SHE IS THE FIRST FEMALE OPEC PRESIDENT EVER EVER EVER!!!!

f. She is the FIRST FEMALE PRESIDENT OF GAS EXPORTING COUNTRIES ever.

G. She was Vice President of OPEC before then

h. Should we mention that she is the first female transport minister in Nigeria ever? These are irrefutable. To comment, state the number and give me FACTS only. For beer parlour and tabloid gists of corruption, go to Sunday Akoji's wall. We deal only facts here.

Finally, HER AILMENT IS NOT A JUDICIAL EXCUSE BEFORE LAW. GET BUHARI TO PROSECUTE HER OR GO AND DEEP YOUR HEAD IN AN AJEGUNLE LATRINE if you believe she is guilty. Enough stories of tortoise and squirrel from APC supporters. GEJ is no longer "protecting" her. Press charges or shut the freaking hell up.

Instead una go dey pray make una daughters grow up to be like her, people wey no fit knock her papa or husband gate, wey dey write application to SHELL and them no take them go dey open mouth give who be DIRECTOR for the shell. Government work get insult no be small.

May God stretch forth his healing hands to the loveliest MOST BEAUTIFUL creature to ever be called MINISTER in Nigeria. God heal her please.

Residents of Oke Afa, Ilamose village near Ejigbo, Lagos on Friday fled their shops and homes in panic as hoodlums went on the rampage in the area.

Our correspondent counted over 100 houses destroyed by the hoodlums.

The hoodlums were protesting against a court judgement which allegedly favoured one Abiodun Ojo popularly known as Ojo Barber on a land dispute.

The youths numbering over 30 were seen holding weapons and moving from one building to the other destroying them. They also destroyed vehicles and looted shops.

Many of the injured residents said the hoodlums were hired to carry out the rampage.

However, a pastor who heads a Redeemed Christian Church of God Church, Chapel of His Glory, on Adejumo Tennis Club Road, spoke through the church publicist, Adeola Oshiyemi.

He said, “The tussle began about 12 years ago when the said Ojo Barber got an injunction to take possession of the land sold to us by one Dr. Osibogun in 2002.

“They levied us N3.6m as an entity but we could not pay it, so we hired a lawyer to fight our cause.

“My church was shut by these boys in November 2012 for three months until the lawyer got an injunction from the court for stay of action before the church was reopened. As I speak to you now, our church has been attacked; the fence and the decked part of the building destroyed.

“If you win in court, do you go on the rampage destroying things or you formally send a letter to us?”

When the lawyer to Abiodun Ojo was contacted on telephone to speak on the attacks by the hoodlums, he denied any attack on the residents.

He later said that his client got the judgement six years ago and waited long for the residents to come and pay, but they did not.

“When you get a judgement of over six years and the people are not turning up, what do you expect us to do? This case has taken three lives. I am not a judge and the file is in the court for you to see,” he said.

The secretary of the community was said to be in a meeting and promised to return our correspondent’s call after the meeting. As of the time of filing this report, he had not called back.

Buhari's certificate: scandal Defence minister flays Minimah

Buhari’s certificate: Defence minister flays Minimah over scandal

Kenneth Minimah Adelani Adepegba, Abuja The Minister of Defence, Monsur Dan-Ali, on Friday revisited President Muhammadu Buhari’s certificate scandal by lambasting the then leadership of the Nigerian Army under Lt. Gen. Kenneth Minimah. Dan-Ali said that it was inconceivable for the former Chief of Army Staff to say that Buhari, who was a former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, did not have the requisite West African School Certificate for the last presidential election. The minister made the comment on the first day of his assumption of office as the new Minister of Defence in Abuja on Friday. He said that the army leadership should have opposed the claim that Buhari had no certificate even if it meant losing their jobs. He said, “Where was your integrity when your own Chief of Army Staff stood up and said his Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces had no WAEC certificate. How? “Please, let us be sincere with ourselves because (on) that very day, you should have stood up and said ‘no’; but because you were there, you could not. If you leave the job, is that the end of your life? If you leave the job, there are other ways, better ways (through which) God can bless your life.” Dan-Ali placed emphasis on integrity, honour and transparency as the core ethos of leadership and the military tradition. He said that it would not be possible for anybody to be a good leader without the three qualities. He said that the President had displayed a clear resolve to fight the insurgency in the North East and had shown leadership as a former military man, who should be emulated by all. Dan-Ali urged those in positions of authorities to carry out their assignments with the fear of God whose grace gave them the privilege of being appointed into such positions. He said, “The President has clearly and openly shown that he is ready to fight insurgency in Nigeria. Gentlemen, the military is all about leadership. The President is a military man and he has shown leadership. “We, the followers, must show leadership. And what is leadership, if I may ask? Leadership is all about integrity, honesty and transparency. There cannot be a good leader without these three things. “You cannot be a good leader if you do not have integrity, you cannot be a good leader if you are not honest, and also, transparent. Forget about corruption. Corruption can never come near you if you have these qualities. “So gentlemen, we should embed these three qualities. We are all selected here by the Grace of the Almighty God. We are in our positions because of the grace of God; it is not because you are better than any other person in your locality or in your course. It is not because you are the best. So you should be answerable to the Almighty God who has honoured us and given us this leadership positions.” The minister, who also emphasised the importance of troops’ welfare to the present administration, said that troops’ deployment in the operational areas should not go beyond a year. Dan-Ali said that it was not right for soldiers to be deployed for operations without seeing their loved ones indefinitely. He said that it would be a major policy under his tenure as Minister of Defence that soldiers were not made to spend more than a year in the operational areas. He said, “Troops rotation; gentlemen, let’s not take it as a joke, if the Chief of Army Staff is deployed in the front without seeing his family, how would he feel? So also for the soldier you are sending there. Please for God’s sake, let’s make it a maximum of one year.” He also called on the three services of the military to place emphasis on joint operations in order to achieve desired objectives.

The new look of the former minister of petroleum, Diezani Allison Madueke

While we all heard that the former Minister of Petroleum, Diezani Allison Madueke is currently suffering from cancer and is undergoing treatment in a UK hospital,no one knew the severity of her condition till this new picture surfaced, indeed she looks frail , all though without makeup, looking at the picture we can notice considerable hair loss, which may have been covered by wig while in power because we heard her condition started while in office. This is a far departure from the very beautiful looking Diezanni Allison we know, indeed the picture will shock you and if you are tenderhearted you may even weep for her. I would enjoin all good meaning Nigerians to pray for her to get well soon, even if you don’t like her, pray she recovers quickly so she could come stand trial and face the wrath of the law, no one deserves to be sick , not alone have the dreaded cancer, God help her,see picture below

Angry youths attack presidential campaign team in bauchi

Angry youths in Bauchi on Thursday twice pelted President Goodluck Jonathan’s campaign team with stones and water sachets.

The broom-wielding youths first blocked the motorcade of the President on Nasarawa Street as it made its   way to the palace of the Emir of Bauchi, where Jonathan and his team were going to pay homage.

It took the combined efforts of soldiers and riot policemen to disperse the youths, who were chanting anti-Peoples Democratic Party slogans and extolling the All Progressives Congress presidential candidate, Maj.Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd.)

Along the popular Ran Road, some of the youths, who were singing “Sai Buhari” disrupted business activities.

In the President’s motorcade were Vice President Namadi Sambo; Governor Isa Yuguda;   the PDP National Chairman, Adamu Mu’azu; and the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Senator Bala Mohammed.

Also on the convoy were Governors Ibrahim Dankwambo (Gombe) and Godswill Akpabio (Akwa-Ibom)   as well as the Director-General of the PDP Presidential Campaign Organisation,   Ahmadu Ali.

Jonathan and his team however made their way to the Ibrahim Babangida Square venue of the campaign rally where they were again embarrassed by another set of broom-wielding youths.

Before the arrival of the campaign team at the venue, the youths were chanting solidarity songs for the President and the PDP. They marched round the venue with drums and placards with the President’s pictures.

They however suddenly turned wild when the programme began and started pelting dignitaries on the platform with objects.

They also destroyed Jonathan’s campaign posters, some of the canopies erected at the venue and plastic chairs.

Water sachets were thrown at the FCT minister while he was making his speech and pleading with the people of the state to vote for   Jonathan and the PDP on February 14.

The other dignitaries   on the stand   had to bend their heads to avoid being hit by the objects that were hurled at them by the crowd.

The obviously embarrassed minister called on Jonathan and other dignitaries to ignore what was happening since it was the “handiwork of the opposition.”

“Fellow supporters of the PDP, let’s ignore what is happening. This is politics. It is the handiwork of those who are bent on destroying politics in Nigeria,” he told Jonathan and the other members of the campaign team.

When Mohammed shouted, “Nigeria, ” the crowd shouted back “sai Buhari,”   “Ba mayi,” meaning,   “We don’t support the PDP, we want Buhari.”

A security operative, who claimed to have witnessed the incidents, told one of our correspondents in Abuja, that six of his colleagues in the Department of State Security,   were injured.

He added that four of them were treated at an undisclosed hospital and discharged immediately while the remaining two   were admitted.

The two, according to him, had deep cuts on their heads.

The PUNCH reports that it was very obvious that the President, Sambo   and the other dignitaries were not happy with the way and manner they were treated.

This was evident by the look on their faces as they hurriedly left the venue immediately after Jonathan’s speech.

Jonathan, in his speech, vowed that retrogressive forces   would not push the PDP behind in its efforts to develop northern Nigeria.

He promised that if re-elected,   he would develop the country particularly the North,   by educating and empowering youths and women.

The President said, “There are distractions here. We are lucky we are in Bauchi, the home of Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa, one of the greatest leaders who led this country very well. He is appreciated from   the North to the South; the East to the West.

“He never instigated anybody against anybody. He spoke about the unity and development of this country and that is what the PDP stands for.

“We must educate and empower our young men and women   so that they will not be used by politicians to cause violence.”

Also,   Sambo thanked the people of the state for their   reception but advised them to desist from engaging in politics of religion.

He said, “Nigeria is not like Saudi Arabia or Afghanistan which are Islamic countries but in Nigeria we are mixed   and we must work together.”

A similar incident occurred on Monday when Governor Isa Yuguda and other dignitaries were stoned at the PDP governorship rally at the Darazo Mini-Stadium by angry youths believed to be supporters of the APC.
